In 2010, Kährs launched Woodloc® 5S – the evolution of the market-leading Woodloc® system, with which Kährs revolutionised the flooring industry in 2000. Kährs offers three different joint systems depending on board construction.

Kährs Woodloc® 5S joint

WOODLOC® 5S

Woodloc® 5S makes installing a Kährs floor extremely fast and simple. Woodloc® 5S is the newest version of Woodloc®, the innovative glue-free joint system with a special locking tongue to create strong joints.

WOODLOC®

A mechanical joint with no need for glue.

T&G Tongue and Groove wood floor joint

TONGUE & GROOVE

This is a traditional tongue and groove construction.

  • Needs glue. Allow it to dry before use, following installation
  • Suitable for Kährs 20 mm floors
